Email Automation
Send the right email at the right moment — abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, winback sequences, and more.
Available triggers
| Trigger | When it fires |

| Abandoned cart | Cart inactive for a configurable delay (default 1 hour) |
| Post-purchase | Immediately after an order is paid |
| Order fulfilled | When the order is marked as fulfilled / shipped |
| Winback | Customer has not ordered in X days (configurable) |
| Bundle purchased | Specific bundle included in a completed order |
Setting up an automation
- Go to Email Automation in the SnapBundles dashboard.
- Click New Automation and choose a trigger.
- Write your subject line and email body. You can use placeholders like
{{customer_name}}and{{order_total}}. - Set the send delay (e.g. “1 hour after cart abandoned”).
- Toggle to Active and save.
Email delivery
Emails are sent through your store's configured sending domain via Resend. No external ESP account is required — SnapBundles handles delivery automatically.
Unsubscribe handling
Every automated email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Customers who unsubscribe are excluded from future automation emails automatically.
