Post-Purchase Upsell
Present a one-click offer to customers immediately after they complete payment — no re-entry of payment details required.
How post-purchase upsells work
After a customer pays, Shopify's post-purchase extension slot shows your upsell offer. The customer can accept with one tap — Shopify charges the same payment method automatically. If they decline, they proceed to the order confirmation page as normal.
Setting up your upsell offer
- Go to Upsell in the SnapBundles dashboard.
- Choose the product to offer as an upsell.
- Set an optional discount (e.g. “10% off because you just ordered”).
- Write a short headline and body copy for the offer card.
- Toggle the offer to Active and save.
The upsell appears immediately after the next completed purchase on your store.
Upsell limits
SnapBundles supports 1 active upsell offerper store at a time, in line with Shopify's post-purchase extension guidelines. You can change the offer at any time.
Analytics
Upsell acceptance rates and revenue are tracked in the Analytics section of the dashboard. You can filter by period (last 7 days, 30 days, or all time).
