Does SnapBundles work with all Shopify themes?
Yes. SnapBundles uses Shopify Theme App Extensions which embed in any Online Store 2.0 theme without modifying your theme files.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
How are discounts applied at checkout?
SnapBundles uses Shopify's native Discount Functions API. Discounts are calculated server-side and applied automatically — no coupon codes or cart scripts.
What happens when I reach my monthly order limit?
Bundle widgets continue to display, but automatic discounts are paused until the next billing cycle resets your quota. You can upgrade your plan at any time to raise the limit immediately.
Can I have multiple bundles active at once?
Yes. The number of simultaneously active bundles depends on your plan: 12 (Starter), 30 (Growth), 60 (Business), 120 (Pro). Archived bundles do not count toward the limit.
What data does SnapBundles collect?
SnapBundles reads order data to power analytics and email automation. All data is stored securely and deleted automatically when you uninstall the app via Shopify's GDPR webhook.
Does SnapBundles slow down my store?
No. The storefront widget loads asynchronously and is less than 15 KB. It does not block page rendering.
Can I customise the widget colours?
Yes. You can set custom accent colours, label text, and background per bundle. The defaults match the indigo SnapBundles brand but can be overridden freely.
